Signature methods
Signature methods
Two signature self-development methods in which I combine mandala creation, coaching, NLP and art therapy principles. In both methods, speaking is not required – the mandala and the symbols you draw intuitively speak for you.
First method
„Žydėsiu, kai ribas nubrėšiu“ (“I will bloom once I draw my boundaries”)
A method about boundaries: I help you understand how to recognise when your personal boundaries are being crossed, and where and with whom you want and need to draw them.
I help you feel what blooms within you once a boundary becomes clear. Step by step, gently and almost imperceptibly, with my guidance you will clarify, understand and learn to draw personal boundaries. At the end of the process you create your own authentic poster – it will stay with you as a reminder and a decoration.
Although the method is designed for personal, individual work, it adapts wonderfully to a group of any size. This mixed technique builds connection with yourself and helps you see where you neglect your own needs and where you give too much. After this creative workshop you will clearly feel and understand what will change, and where, in your life once you courageously choose yourself and draw your personal boundaries. While drawing you will also see how you will bloom once you finally draw those boundaries...
Suited to those who "fear" coaches, their questions, and avoid giving direct answers. This signature method offers you a different kind of coaching session: quiet, creative, with a concrete and immediately visible result – with your own hands you draw a poster that concretely represents your personal boundaries, showing and reminding you, both literally and figuratively, how you will bloom once you draw them.
Second method
„Esu dalis mūsų kurto pasaulio“ (“I am part of the world we created”)
A method for couples, families and teams, built around connection and togetherness.
In this method each participant creates their own part, and at the end of the practice the parts are joined into a single whole – into a mandala, into one circle, into one world, just as in life. What makes this method special is that at first you each create your mandala separately, and at the end you bring everything together and can observe how many similarities, or perhaps differences, there are in each part of the mandala – yet despite that, a whole and beautiful mandala still emerges.
It stays with you as a reminder of connection and of the pleasant time spent together, and at the same time – a reminder that we are different, yet we still fit wonderfully into one circle. The method is especially suited to couples, families, teams and communities who want to find common ground without tense conversations about problems. Creativity becomes a safe space in which you can be yourself while also taking your part in a shared world.
Service
Personal values clarification session
If you intuitively feel you're not living according to your own wishes, talents or possibilities, you're most likely not living according to your own values.
Who it's for
If you intuitively feel that you're not living according to your own wishes, talents or possibilities, you're most likely not living according to your own values. Your personal values are like the foundation for everything you do and everything you pursue. If you build a house on foundations that aren't your own, you'll constantly have the strange feeling that something is off. You may also be living apart from your own values if, rationally, you can see that everything you wanted, everything you strove for, everything you could be proud of – is already there. Yet inside there's still a strong dissatisfaction, similar to harsh inner criticism, that is never quite satisfied and can't see any of the good. If this is about you, and you want to find and change it – register.
What you'll get
You will come away with your own 10 personal values, ranked in order of priority.
